Adults also need a break to get creative and relax, but setting time aside to do things we enjoy is not always simple.
Art can be relaxing, Art can be meditative. Art can be a great tool for mindfulness and fun.
In this Creative Workshop for adults, we will explore color theory, composition and basic acrylic and watercolor projects.
Participants meet for 6 consecutive weeks on Fridays for 90 minutes each time.
The Studio provides all supplies
We will talk about art processes, explore creative ideas, experiment with art materials, practice using mixed media projects and exercises to improve our skills and polish our styles, enhancing creativity and wellbeing.
No prior experience necessary.
Non Judgment space, to create, learn, relax and get your creativity flowing!
